I love the videos thay are giving great ways to get buyers. Would you also have the reports that I can give away to the buyers when I meet with them? I was told by a another agent that the signs are not professional, but my signs had 8 calls in 3 days and she has not sold her listing sice 7/8/08.

I will be releasing several new Ugly Yellow Signs videos to those who have watched the 23 minute Ugly Yellow Sign Mastery Videos over the next three to four weeks discussing what to say on your messages as well as other useful content.

As far as the other agent’s comment about Ugly Yellow Signs being un-professional, well I hear that objection all the time by agents who are struggling in their business, or are out of business all together.

I think you mentioned that you can get the UYS at $1.98 with Stakes, where can you buy them at. I called Fellers and they are at 1.66/pcs for a 100 & 0.86 for the stakes total of $252.00 & probably shipping added.

So where can we get these signs for cheap.

Hey Mukami,
Just ordered another 200 more Ugly Yellow Signs last week 96c for the sign and 86c for the stakes. I wanted to be sure I wasn’t getting a different price than everyone else so I called feelers a few minutes ago to confirm that was the same price everyone is getting and they assured me it is. So the total should be $1.82 for 100 Ugly Yellow Signs and Stakes plus shipping.

I have seen all the videos and I would like to know if you could give me some help. Other RE agents are stealing my signs and I would like to wrap my vehicle. Would you have any ideas as to what I could say on my wrap?
